压接机操纵规程

Operation regulation of press splicer

一、点检压接机检查电器、传动系统是否正常，控制开关是否灵敏可靠并在润滑点加润滑油。

First, check the press, check the electrical and transmission system is normal, the control switch is sensitive and reliable, and add lubricating oil in the lubrication point.

二、检查模具是否正常，如有异常立即请机修工调整。

Two, check whether the mold is normal, if abnormal, please adjust the mechanic.

三、按加工表要求领取压接端子。

Three. Press crimping terminals according to the processing requirements.

四、按压接要求把端子放置在下刀口上，把剥好的电线头部放到端子尾部，脚踏（手推）开关实现压接。

Four, press the requirements, put the terminal placed on the lower edge, put the head of the wire to the tail of the terminal, foot (hand push) switch to achieve crimping.

五、试压后检查压接尺寸及外形，初步判定合格后交专职检验员检验并做拉力测试，完全合格后方可正常生产。

Five. Check the size and shape of the crimping after pressure test. After the preliminary determination of the qualification, it will be submitted to the full-time inspector for examination and tensile test, and then the normal production can be made.

六、开机时严禁用手拨弄端子和压接模，如因有异常现象需调整时，必须停机。

Six, when starting, it is forbidden to touch the terminal and crimping die by hand. If the abnormal phenomenon needs to be adjusted, the machine must be stopped.

七、在暂停压接时，脚要从控制开关上移开，以免发生意外。

Seven, in the pause crimping, the foot should be removed from the control switch, so as to avoid accidents.

八、工作时如发生事故,应保护现场，向主管部分汇报。

Eight, if the accident occurs in the work, should protect the scene, to the main part of the report.

九、工作结束，切断电源，保持压接机整洁。

Nine, the end of work, cut off the power supply, keep the press clean and tidy.
