气液增压机和伺服压接机在工作原理上的区别
1、气液增压缸工作原理:外接220V电源,利用气液增压缸和气控电控阀组等作为动力执行装置,使得整台气液增压机结构简单紧凑,使用维护简便。压缩空气通过管道被送到电磁阀,而电磁阀的工作又可以通过脚踏开关等来控制,进而控制气液增压缸的返程和工作,也就达到了加工冲孔作业的目的。
