其工作过程是：在滑块上下移动的同时带动过渡连杆上下移动，当过渡连杆下移时，端子拨杆左移并位于送料整形板的上端，处于送料的准备位置，当过渡连杆上移时，端子拨杆右移并位于送料底板的上端，在拨杆滑移过程中，带动端子链向模具方向移动一个端子位置，使端子刚好位于压接模具的下模的正上方处处于准备压接状态。
