压接作业的管理要点

对压接连接器进行压接加工时，请使用该连接器制造公司确认的工具。

（适用于压着连接器的电线原则上为镀锡软铜绞合线。无镀层线、单线、锡涂层线与屏蔽线不在适用范围内。）
The wire applied to the crimping connector is in principle the tin plated soft copper stranded wire. No coating line, single wire, tin coated wire and shielding wire are not applicable.

4.2 电线外皮的剥线作业

电线外皮的剥线长度受电线种类、压着方法等的影响。请根据加工状态设定最佳长度。设定正确的长度后，用剥线钳等剥去外皮，注意不要损伤芯线。

4.3 压着高度
4.3 press height
压着高度是压着加工方面重要的管理项目。进行压着高度范围外的压着作业，可能会导致导通不良等， 因此在压着作业开始、压着过程中及压着结束时，请务必测量压着高度。
Pressing height is an important management project for pressing. Imperfect conduction may occur during the pressing operation outside the range of the pressing height, so it is important to measure the pressing height at the beginning, during and at the end of the pressing operation.
1）测量方法

测量压着高度时，应使用测量压着高度专用的千分尺，测量压着后端子芯线部（线筒部）以及外皮部（绝 缘筒部）的中央。
When measuring the pressing height, a special micrometer for measuring the pressing height should be used to measure the center of the core wire (barrel) and the outer skin (insulating barrel) of the pressing back terminal.
2）芯线部压着高度

To make sure that the pressing operation is correct, check the appearance by visual inspection (using magnifiers, etc.). The inspection items vary with terminals. The following are examples of inspection. Please confirm the instructions for each terminal / connector.
