由油箱、动力机构、换向阀、卸压阀、泵油机构组成，泵油机构由油泵体、高、低压油出油孔、偏心轴、偏心轴承、从动齿轮和一对高压油泵以及一低压油泵构成，油泵体悬固于油箱盖上，高、低压油出油孔开设在油泵体上，与卸压阀油路连接，偏心轴呈纵向设置，上端枢置于油泵体中央，下端固设偏心轴承，从动齿轮固置在偏心轴顶部，与动力机构联结，高、低压油泵悬固在油泵体上，各具一与偏心轴承相触的作动件，高、低压油泵的泵腔分别与高、低压油出油孔相通。
It is composed of oil tank, power mechanism, reversing valve, pressure relief valve and pump oil mechanism. The pump oil mechanism is composed of oil pump body, high and low pressure oil outlet, eccentric shaft, eccentric bearing, driven gear and a pair of high-pressure oil pump and a low pressure oil pump. The oil pump body is suspended on the oil tank cover. The high and low pressure oil holes are opened on the oil pump body and connected with the pressure relief valve oil road. The eccentric shaft is set longitudinally. The upper end is placed in the center of the oil pump body, the lower end is fixed on the eccentric bearing, the driven gear is fixed on the top of the eccentric shaft and connected with the power mechanism. The high and low pressure oil pumps are suspended in the oil pump body, each with an eccentric bearing. The pump cavity of the high and low pressure oil pumps is connected with the high and low pressure oil holes respectively.
