由油箱、动力机构、换向阀、卸压阀、泵油机构组成，泵油机构由油泵体、高、低压油出油孔、偏心轴、偏心轴承、从动齿轮和一对高压油泵以及一低压油泵构成，油泵体悬固于油箱盖上，高、低压油出油孔开设在油泵体上，与卸压阀油路连接，偏心轴呈纵向设置，上端枢置于油泵体中央，下端固设偏心轴承，从动齿轮固置在偏心轴顶部，与动力机构联结，高、低压油泵悬固在油泵体上，各具一与偏心轴承相触的作动件，高、低压油泵的泵腔分别与高、低压油出油孔相通。优点：将泵油机构与动力机构的连接为垂直连接，可充分利用空间而小化占地面积，有利于作业及运输；将高、低压油泵的泵油形式变为偏心轴承的作动形式，具有结构简单、零部件少而利于装配。

Advantages: connect the pump mechanism and the dynamic mechanism for the vertical connection, can make full use of space and small occupied area, conducive to the operation and transportation; pump oil will form the high and low pressure pump into the eccentric bearing actuator form, has the advantages of simple structure, less parts for assembly.
